I was born in the Faroe Islands, an isolated group of islands in the North Atlantic to my mother (Rannvá Erlingsdóttir Simonsen), a Faroese architect, and my father (Ole Ulvedal) a Danish jazz contrabassist and symphony orchestra musician.

When I was seven, my mother, brother (Bjørn Ulvedal Simonsen) and I moved Canada's capital city, Ottawa, and later to Iqaluit, in Canada's arctic. This is where I would spend the next ten years of my life. Canadian and Inuit cultures were very different from that of Scandinavia, and I was suddenly learning new languages and ways of life. I started composing music around the age of 8 on the computer. played at local coffee houses with various bands, and performed in musicals. I once played Danny Zuku in our schools rendition of Grease.

After high school, I returned to Europe alone to work and travel. To make the money, I worked in an array of different jobs.

These included cartoonist, sanitation worker, english second-language teacher, web designer, music camp counselor, caterer, truck driver and graphic designer.

Back in the Faroe Islands in 2006, I released an album entitled 'International' on the record label Tutl. International, which was the first ever hip-hop album in the Faroes and won me a nomination for Best New Artist at the Planet Awards. I started working with many prominent Faroese recording artists, including FAROE5 and Gudrid Hansdottir.

In 2007, I started a bachelors degree in Interactive Design at the Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX) in Copenhagen. Graphic design was another one of my favourite pastimes. I was torn between two great passions, even though I sensed that music and design were similar, and shared many of the same rules and criteria for quality.

I want my work, expressed both in visual and auditory mediums, to produce the same emotions in people.
