The world needs more women in power.
Women should be able to ‘lean in’ to their careers, challenge the status quo and support each other.
Individuals need to become aware of their own gender bias (in order to correct for it) and support women’s ambitions in a world of societal and systemic success-barriers.
Also, men should be supported and respected for their work in the home, i. e. as stay-at-home dads (my personal dream someday).
Gender, quality, power and success are all very complex issues, but this book is a great way to gain perspective.
It’s an absolute must-read for anyone hoping for a better future! Sandberg is badass, and a true leader (like a baws)!
