Screen Shot 2015-11-23 at 5.21.19 PM‘Squirting’ is the casual word for female ejaculation. With practice, girls can learn to ejaculate up to 2 cups of come during intense orgasms. Many people don’t know what squirting is, and fewer know how to do it. Because of this, squirting has almost become a myth in our society. Many women don’t even know that it’s real.

But squirting is real, and 100% of women have the ability to do it! What’s more, all lovers of women have the ability – nay, the obligation – to learn the skills necessary to make it happen.

Isn’t Squirting Like Peeing?

There are many misconceptions about squirting. One of the most common is the idea that squirting and peeing are the same thing. This is absolutely not the case. In fact, it is physically impossible to pee and ejaculate at the same time.

Female ejaculation happens when a woman’s Skene’s glands release urethral ejaculate (female come – not to be mistaken with vaginal ejaculate, the fluid that ‘makes her wet’) through the urethra.

Urethral ejaculate and urine gets released through the same pathway (the urethra), and it may feel like the girl has to pee right as she is about to ejaculate. Counter-intuitively, in order for the woman to squirt, this is the point at which she should ‘let go’ and push.

The Right Mindset

‘Letting go’ may be easier said than done. Many people have hang-ups about squirting, believing it to be unsanitary, unhealthy or deviant. None of this is true; squirting is a normal, natural and beautiful experience, one which can lead to extraordinary sexual experiences for everyone involved.

It often requires that the woman knows how squirting works, and has a high level of trust and comfort with her partner. It may also require a lot of time. Women differ greatly in their ability to squirt. For some it comes naturally (no pun intended), for others it may require more practice.

Obviously, the woman’s lover must also know what he or she is doing. Her partner needs to be able to reassure her and calm all her worries As Ian Kerner writes in She Comes First, make sure to always let your woman know how much you want her and how sexy you think she is. Reassure her that you think squirting is sexy and exciting.

Techniques to Make Her Squirt
Although women have 8 different ways to reach orgasm, G-spot orgasms are generally the easiest to help her reach ejaculation.

The G-spot is located on the woman’s vaginal roof; it’s a soft, spongy tissue. You can stimulate it using your fingers or toys. There are toys available which are specifically designed for this, and if you’re using your fingers, a rhythmic “come hither” motion with 1-2 fingers works best. Always remember to use plenty of lube.

There are other methods available, and the author goes into detail about best practices, safety tips, other common misconceptions, and FAQs.

Dating Advantages for Lovers of Women

Competition for high quality women is fierce; assisting these women to a squirting orgasms is an impressive sex skill that creates a competitive dating advantage.

Squirting can be an extremely fun and exciting way to bring your sex-life to new heights. Communication is key to making it happen, trust in your partner is essential, and safety is always first.

I first discovered how to make women squirt myself last year, and this book helped me to fully understand the mechanisms involved. I highly recommend this cheeky, little book to everyone who loves good sex and doesn’t mind getting messy.

Have fun and remember to re-hydrate.
